Take your first step into the world of Bowen Therapy with our Bowen Basics course, designed for beginners and those interested in learning this gentle, effective body work technique. Taught by Lynell, Owner of Lynell & Company in Prescott, Az.

Phase One- Basics

This has been designed for those wanting to learn the basics of Bowen. It will cover the basic moves & understanding of the Bowen Method.

After you have completed the prerequisites… it is time for the IN-PERSON workshop/module! It will cover basic moves & understanding of The Bowen Method.

The Modules are spaced out over a few months to allow for personal practice time.:

• There are eight modules- taught consecutively – two at a time- over two and a half days one month apart.
• This modular training system includes- lecture, demonstration, hands-on practice with real-time feedback, meaningful self-study assignments and plenty of review.
